Memento Mori

It has been exactly one year since the end of Unus Annus, and it has been quite the year. It is fitting in a way that it falls on a day that I would normally sit down to write my post. It hasn’t quite been a year for me yet but this has caused me to look back and reflect. It has been twelve months since I first had the idea to create this blog. I want to try to get more comfortable with that and I plan on talking about other forms of media in the future.

Two episodes in particular really inspired me to get my butt back in gear to start doing the things I want to do. The first is a very Unus Annus-esque video you can find here.

What makes you, you?

I can't believe a YouTube channel that only lasted a year has led me down this incredible path. Sometimes life doesn't turn out the way you are expecting. Some days you wake up and the universe just says no to your plans. There is nothing you can really do about that and I am beginning to learn you need to just roll with the punches.
